How is your Emu Oil Processed?
Our oil is refined by EPMI (Emu Product and Marketing Inc.) in Marlow Ok. The EPMI plant is designed to render/refine vegetable and animal oils to customer specifications. A finishing process called Molecular Distillation results in Emu Oil of "optimum" quality, safety and purity. Some processors refer to this as triple refining. Molecularly Distilled Emu oil is the purest and safest Emu oil you can buy. In addition to being fully refined to exceed industry Standards, the oil goes through the additional step of being distilled. The distillation process removes impurities that cannot be removed by traditional oil refining methods. The traditional method of refining Emu oil should remove peroxides, some bacteria and unwanted particulate. Molecular distillation does all that, and, in addition, it removes unwanted moisture, undesirable free fatty acids, any remaining unwanted particulate and bacteria, and, it accomplishes all of this without compromising the beneficial essential fatty acids found in Emu oil. Our farm raised emu are processed at 12-14 months of age for their heart-healthy meat and other products. What is the difference between the Mzone, Cryo Gel and DuoFlex topical products?
Mzone was one of the first Emu Oil based pain relief products we tried and we fell in love with it. It is basically pure Emu Oil with a wallop of menthol – we call it "Bengay on steroids". It packs a punch of pain relief especially for short term muscle pulls and sprains. I recommend it highly for sports enthusiasts. Its down-side is that some people don't care for the strong smell of menthol.

CryoGel is another pain formula we found and have carried for about 5 years. It is wonderful blend of Emu Oil and other pain relieving ingredients. Over the years it has been reformulated first as CryoGel, then Extreme CryoGel, then Extra Strength Extreme CryoGel. How soon will I feel pain relief?

How often do I have to use these products?

DuoFlex Topical Pain Cream should initially be applied at least twice a day. Recommended before going to bed at night so that you can get a good night's sleep and first thing in the morning to get the blood flowing and the muscles loosening and relaxing.
