Refund Policy:

We offer a 60 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 866-539-2996, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 60 days of purchase date. Product refund can be applied back to the original credit card or exchanged for alternative merchandise.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy:

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two- three days of purchase. We primarily use the Postal Service (USPS), First Class, Parcel Post and Priority mail depending upon shipping weight. You will be emailed with tracking information when your package ships.. If you require express, international or alternate shipping company please call us at 866-539-2996 for charges.
