If you would like your order to ship faster please select Priority (2-4 day) or Express (1 - 2 day). Please be assured that most items ship out within 24-48 hours, however due to quality control checks and weekends they may take longer. However all packages are shipped within two- three days of purchase or you will be notified.
We ship US Postal Service as it offers a better value for our customers. This also means we can ship to Post Office boxes. If you require an alternative shipping company please call us at 866-539-2996 for charges. They will be significantly higher.

Returns Policy
We offer a 60 day Money Back Guarantee on every product. We will refund the full value paid for the product, including any discounts or sales. We do not refund shipping charges.
You do not need to call ahead. You can print a copy of your sales receipt or just write your name and address on paper we will be able to find the sale. Let us know if you would like a refund or to apply the credit to another product. We do not require a reason for returns – but they do help us to serve our other customers better. So we do welcome your comments. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
